Keeping Ourselves Safe

This Term we have been looking at Keeping Ourselves Safe (KOS). First we had to listen to a story and list what we could do in the scenario and how that would effect others. We did about 2 of those activities then yesterday we had Constable Terry come in and talk to us about the different types of abuse (Physical, Emotional, Family, Cyber, Sexual and Neglect). We watched a short video about a boy getting cyber bullied and we had to say what we would do in the situation. Then we got sticky notes with questions we had to answer on them. I think it was a pretty easy activity to do. Here is a screenshot of one of the activities we did. 

Week 5 Blog Post

This week in T3 we have been working on our country studies! Since I moved to this last week I got to choose what country I wanted to study. I chose South Korea because I find their culture very interesting. I'm still working on my presentation so hopefully I will be able to post it next week. We need to find the answers to 10 questions about our countries (flag meaning, money). South Korea is a part of east Asia and has one of the most heavy guarded boarders in the world (North and South Korea boarder) For more interesting facts check out my next blog post coming soon.

This week for topic we had to chose a place from around the world. Then we had to make a drawing about the place you choose. We had to have 5 pictures, 2 videos and at lest 10 facts. I found it easy but I could improve it. Here is my work.

This week for topic we are looking at how to be a explorer. We had to list the things an explorer might do and find. I found this easy and fun to do because I was working with my friends. My next step is to get better answers.
